- Weight Function

 

Several kinds of weight function are provided in the software as the following:

  • Dirac Delta (Not Available in the Current Version)
  • Constant Weight Function
  • Unit Pulse
  • Gaussian (Exponential Type 1) Weight Function
  • Exponential Type 2 Weight Function
  • Linear Weight Function
  • Quadratic Weight Function
  • 3d Order Spline (Spline 3)
  • 4th Order Spline (Spline 4)
  • 6th Order Spline (Spline 6)

Numerical studies show that 4th & 6th order splines are the best weight functions in the EFG analysis.
